Name Your Need

Two critical steps in breaking unhealthy cycles: 1) own your responses, and 2) name the need. Listen in to learn to distinguish between a need and want.

It Won’t Stop Until You Own It

Other people do not cause your response. How you have learned to get your needs met and manage your feelings drives your response. Then your response is the other person’s trigger.
